That's the message we are trying to deliver to employers, and you can help.
Does an accountant or a programmer or a salesperson deserve less respect while seeking employment than they do after gaining employment?
We don't think so, but if you look at how some employers treat the professionals they hope to hire it seems like they do.
We are doing all we can to help employers see that if they improve the way they treat employment candidates they will attract better candidates. But so far the easiest way to get this message heard has been to show employers the potential damage their brand may suffer if they burn good employment candidates. To deliver the message convincingly to all industries we need your help.
